Piano Services
Full Tuning - Typically two passes of tuning to bring the piano back in tune. If the piano is severely out of tune then a follow up appointment will be made within the next two weeks.
Minor Cleaning - Includes the removal of dirt, dust, and foreign objects in immediate access. Also, a protectant and wood finish will be applied.
Note: This service doesn’t include any major repairs. Any extra repairs that need thorough work will be brought to the customer’s attention.

Major Cleaning - Includes a Deep clean inside/outside piano, Piano action refurbishment, Removal of foreign objects, and a application of Protectant, Wood finish, and Key brightener/cleaner.
Minor Piano Regulation: Brings the piano’s mechanical insides back to manufacturer’s specifications in the following areas: Tighten/Lubricate Action, Key easing, Alignment fixes for Bridle Straps, Hammers, Back Check, and Pedals.
Note: This service includes any minor repairs and will be included free of charge. Any major repairs that need thorough work are not included and will be brought to the customer’s attention.
Includes all services from the Sonata (Advanced) package with the addition of:
Regulation - Key Square and Spacing, Full Aftertouch Regulation (Let-off, Hammer blow distance, Key height/dip, Lost motion, and Damper regulation)
Voicing - Controls the tone and quality of how the piano sounds according to the customer’s specifications.
